Highlighted: This story is set in a matriarchal society! The entire main cast is female!

I started writing this to indulge my own tastes, but as I went along, I ended up building out a pretty serious matriarchal world.

Basically, someone gets picked up by the roadside and brought home to be toyed with, and along the way, women awaken once again and make the world a better place.

Reader's guide:

1. This world has three sexes: two kinds of women and one kind of man. It is a thoroughly matriarchal society.

2. Women are divided into Nuwa and Nuqi. Both can be either bearers or contributors. Nuqi are a subspecies of Nuwa, whose purpose is to maintain genetic stability. They occur at a rate of one in ten thousand.

Nuwa can have children with Nuwa, Nuwa can have children with Nuqi, and Nuqi can have children with Nuqi.

These two kinds of women can also have children with men who have not evolved at all. Any male offspring born from such a pairing will be an ordinary man. This option exists to serve the plot.

3. Nuwa are the dominant group in society. Women have collectively evolved, developing an additional tissue in their bodies, similar to blood vessels, called glandular ducts.

Menstruation has disappeared, replaced by a receptive period. Its only side effect is increased emotional sensitivity, with no other negative effects.

4. Because Nuqi have different genetic expression from Nuwa, once they reach adulthood, they develop an extra retractable appendage that resembles a feature found in marine animals. This is just my personal taste for writing smut.
