The Days of a Mystic Eyes User Growing Up in Konoha

[The route where Bai Zhao becomes an orphan and is adopted by an ordinary Konoha villager]

He was adopted by Granny.

Everyone his age in the village went off to become a ninja. He wasn't interested, and Granny didn't want him to become one either, but since he was a war orphan brought back to Konoha, they reluctantly chose to send him to the Ninja Academy.

Life at school was dull. He calmly went to class and completed his missions, but his deskmate always seemed to be watching him.

One day, his deskmate finally couldn't take it anymore and stopped him after school.

"Can't you show me what you can really do? Or do you think I'm not worthy of being your opponent?"

He was puzzled, but still dutifully answered Neji's question.

His deskmate only looked angrier.

At a festival, he ran into someone his age whose eyes were tightly shut. Worried about him, he went over to ask if he needed help.

But the boy's face only turned redder. He didn't know why.

"I-I’m Toneri. I'll come back to find you someday." The white-haired boy stammered out the words, then left.

[Reading notes]

1. Multiple endings. The Otsutsuki Toneri and Hyuga Neji endings have been decided for now.

2. Bai Zhao reincarnated without memories of his past life. He'll remember later, but he'll be more lively in personality.
