My Darling Is From a Fairy Tale

Once upon a time, there was a poor little Cinderella.

She was beautiful, hardworking, and kind,

but after her mother died,

she lived a life of abuse at the hands of her wicked stepmother and stepsisters.

Her only dream was to be safe and meet a handsome young man.

But before she could meet him, she found her fairy godmother.

Her godmother taught her stepmother and stepsisters a lesson, and taught Cinderella to hold her head high and live bravely. She turned a pumpkin into a carriage and mice into white horses, gave Cinderella a fairy gown and glass slippers, and brought her to meet the most handsome little prince.

But when the little prince knelt down to propose, promising to change her fate forever,

little Cinderella gathered up her skirt and ran, not even looking back when one of her glass slippers fell off.

She wanted to see the fairy godmother who had granted all her wishes, even though doing so would cost her her magic and make her disappear from this world.

She wanted to say that she no longer needed another prince to rewrite her fate.

This time, all she wanted was for her fairy godmother to survive too, so they could live happily together, forever and ever.
