One Kiss Won't Poison Me, Right?

A short story to unwind with while I stockpiled chapters. The male lead is a venomous little lizard. Pure sweetness.

Zhao Lingling was once saved by a venomous little lizard.

Years later, she met the little lizard again. He looked much the same as before: cold, powerful, longing for warmth, but completely lost.

He said, "I'm not human. Keeping me will use a lot of electricity and heating."

He said, "My tongue is blue."

He said, "I have a tail."

He said, "You can't touch me, hug me, or cuddle up to me. If you do for more than five minutes, my poison will kill you."

Zhao Lingling asked, "Then I won't get poisoned if I kiss you once, right?"

His face suddenly turned red, and his eyes darted from side to side.

"...Probably not."
