That's even further from what he expected. This is so annoying!

In short,

Dino, the last Demon King of Mipdale,

will present all his enemies with a grand revenge performance.

Dino the Demon King claps coldly. “Welcome, players. Come on in.”

Player: “This NPC is so full of himself. Can the devs change his personality? I don't want some bratty kid. Give us a cute girl instead!”

Dino gets even more annoyed. “If you don't want to play, then get lost! Watch your language. If you don't raise my favorability, you won't get any red or blue potions!”

Players: “... (He's really that blunt?)”

Dino: “Hey, want a class advancement quest and some rare skills?”

Players: “... (He's not even pretending anymore?)”

Dino: “There, I've buffed you. Now get out there.”

Player: “Aaaaah! We can't beat it, there's no way! Help!”

Dino: ... (rolls his eyes, but jumps in to save the player)

Though the Demon King was far from happy about it, he became the year's most popular NPC.

The players wore proud expressions. “Of course we'll protect the little one we raised ourselves (maxed out his favorability)! Mommy and Daddy love you!”

Dino: ...!@#% For the grand plan, endure, endure, endure!!!!

At some point in the struggle over who would claim the land,

the world shattered.

The player, a representative and caretaker (formerly a part-time game design consultant), declared, “I understand! Rebuilding the world is our duty!”

And so,

one was once a Demon King, now reborn as a toddler,

one was once an executive, but graduated early,

the toddler wants revenge,

the caretaker wants to get rich.

Come on! Let's join forces! Make a game! Crush them!

And so they reached their ending:

Their former archenemies all became their wage slaves. The toddler looked at the caretaker:

“Hmm, so my transmigration golden finger is this caretaker?”

Their former archenemies all envied what they had achieved. The caretaker looked at the toddler:

“Raise the Demon King's banner! May this glorious age be exactly as the Demon King wishes!”
