[This is the Blurb]
Kano Momona has been having terrible luck lately.
While other graduates from Tokyo University smoothly climbed to the top of life after starting their jobs, she was fired for refusing her boss's sexual advances, then somehow became the sole employee of a shell company.
Now she has to search far and wide for boys and girls with the potential to become idols, then train them.
Momona: Whatever. I'll start with people I know.
Barbara, her lovely junior who can sing and dance beautifully and has a kind heart? Snatched!
Give her a little shake, and two more helpful kids fall right out.
Tartaglia, her handsome, long-legged neighbor with perfect athletic ability? Snatched!
His parents even sent over a whole group of handsome boys and beautiful girls, all waiting to sign contracts.
Once members of Teyvat Idol Agency started appearing in every field, from idols to actors and singers, Momona's gaze fell on her younger brother and the crowd of friends who were always hanging out with him.
Momona: Heizou, you wouldn't want Heiko to debut at the same time as Miss Hina, would you? (Evil whisper)

That day, people were reminded of the terror of seeing Teyvat Idol Agency take over the trending searches.
A giant screen lit up on a Tokyo street, showing a face so beautiful it could take your breath away.
The shot then pulled back, revealing five distinctive young men on the screen.
They danced to the music, their clothes fluttering and revealing glimpses of pale skin.
The video was short, and soon it came to an end. The boys gradually became silhouettes,
while the logo of Teyvat Idol Agency and a line of text appeared in the center of the screen.
