The Escape-Game NPC I Raised Is Weak and Pitiful

Xie Chang Sui, a little-known actor, kept encountering ghosts and became bound to an infinite-flow System.

System: Starting today, you're the Lord God of the infinite-flow world.

System: Just be careful. If the players' clear rate gets too high, you'll be fired. After that, you'll be stuck as a rich idler with nothing to do all day.

Xie Chang Sui: ...That's an option?

He decided to hire a bunch of useless employees with no ambition, hoping to get fired as soon as possible and retire early.

The news got out, and a horde of useless NPCs came to apply.

Things had been going very well. The employees Xie Chang Sui hired could only do housework, give shoulder rubs, and massage legs.

Unfortunately, this batch of players was hopeless. Their clear rate was almost zero, and even the ones who cleared the levels reported Xie Chang Sui for leaving them with severe psychological trauma.

Xie Chang Sui had no choice but to visit the instance and see what was going on.

Inside the remote mountain village instance, the players were huddled together.

His most useless, and most beloved, employee, the magician, was covered in blood and glaring coldly at the players. His body split into more than ten pieces on the spot. It was obvious the players had bullied him badly.

Xie Chang Sui was about to intervene when a chill slowly crept up his spine.

A handsome, pale young man reached around from behind and took Xie Chang Sui's hand. His cold lips brushed Xie Chang Sui's earlobe as he spoke with intimate warmth: "Don't move. The players are vicious, and the instance world is dangerous. Only by my side are you safe."

#Even though my employees are weak and helpless, they still want to protect me#

#They care about me#

#I'm going to give them a raise#

One day, a player ran into Xie Chang Sui in the rest area:

Xie Chang Sui: My employees are delicate and weak, and they're so timid that players can easily bully them. I have to keep an eye on them at all times.

Players: The Great Demon King is here again with his hellhounds!!! Run, everyone!!!

Theme: Stay positive and strive for success!
