I'm Just an Editor for a Horror Magazine

The future of print media looks bleak, and Qi Shu, an editor at a horror magazine, is on the verge of losing her job.

Unable to find good writers willing to submit work, she finally decides to write a story herself.

To gather material and inspiration, she has no choice but to sneak into an abandoned theater at night.

The good news: she's found inspiration.

The bad news: she's actually run into a ghost.

Not only that, the ghost latches onto her and binds her with a token.

Qi Shu panics at first, but then realizes the magazine might finally have a chance. Besides, watching a ghost dance every night is kind of a treat, so she decides to put up with it.

Some time later, she accidentally binds a second ghost. She puts up with it again.

Then she binds a third, and puts up with that too.

Then a fourth. She puts up with it.

Then a fifth. She puts up with it.

Six. She puts up with it.

One.

Qi Shu: Is this ever going to stop? I'm running out of room for all these tokens! Seven of them! Even the Calabash Brothers didn't grow up this fast. I'm just an ordinary horror magazine editor, that's all!!
