Favored by the Gods

A god comes to the mortal world and falls in love at first sight with the woman who serves as his priestess.

And so, all his joy and loneliness find their destination and their end.

*Inspired by a poem by Borges. I wrote this after listening to an audio recording of it being read aloud.

Western fantasy setting, mutual devotion, pure sweetness, very short story, myth-like narrative style.

I suddenly felt like writing something about delicate feelings...

Theme: "Love makes this universe eternal."
