1. The author ships everyone and is a hopeless romantic. I can't write complicated plots, and I won't break up canon couples, including but not limited to Shinran, Heiji and Kazuha, TakaSato, Kaito and Aoko, Akai and Jodie, and Date and Natalie. I might even create original pairings for handsome and beautiful single characters...

2. During the early and middle sections, Hiromitsu and Rei will remain on the Black Team (accepted as bad guys). If you can't accept the scummy-man characterization of Black Team Hiromitsu, you can stop reading here. (Emphasis added.) Later, due to the plot and site rules, they'll gradually turn to the Red Team.

3. The overall timeline begins before the first year of Detective Conan, but there are countless personal settings, so please don't nitpick.
