One night, she encounters a girl in a rabbit mask on campus and is dragged into an inescapable game, where she is chased by a ghostly figure in the mirror.
At the mansion of a genius idol, she is forced to outwit a Rubik's Cube monster whose face twists and shifts.
She's chased by someone trying to cut off her toes, all so she can wear a glass slipper?
She wanders into a mirror tunnel and is trapped in a loop with no apparent way out.
The more otherkind she exterminates, the closer she gets to the truth about this world.
The harmonious city is nothing more than an illusion created for people by a tech company. The people, all wearing joyful smiles, have simply sold off their painful memories...
But one thing still puzzles her. Though undercurrents of conflict swirl among the various factions, both the church and the conglomerates worship a gigantic statue enshrined in water, in a twisted way. Anyone who disrespects "His Majesty the King" becomes their common enemy. Li Qingzhi had assumed they were simply ignorant, but...
"If this so-called god is the source of the otherkind's rampage, then even if I have to fight the whole world, I'll kill it!"
His Majesty the King must die. She will create a new world!
Only when Li Qingzhi meets the real king does the true face of this world slowly emerge.
