Question: What did the protagonist go through to grow from a human infant into a calamity?
As everyone knows, otherworlds have swords and magic. They might also have gods, angels, and demons, of course.
So meeting an angel during a baptism seems pretty normal, right?
Staring at the statue of a one-eyed angel before him, Fabia fell silent. Maybe it was normal for angels to look like that, too?
He had just died and been tossed into a Western fantasy world he knew nothing about. Well, at least he had a System with him. But was it normal for the System to be so useless, too?
In a world governed by seven systems of faith, Fabia hit the jackpot on his very first encounter. He became a believer of an angel who held dominion over fear and death, and the God of Love even gave him a lover.
But nobody told him that being a lover was a profession in this world!
So what was he supposed to do when his lover kept trying to kill him?
“My mother died the moment I was born. No one told me how to love someone, and no one told me how to express it. I was taken to an empty Golden Palace to serve as her replacement, until I abandoned my faith and became a follower of the Lover.”
1v1, happy ending.
I thought it over and decided to give a little warning, since there isn't enough room for all the tags. This story also involves a growth tag. The protagonist will eventually become the most powerful person in the world, or rather, a “god.” But in this story, humans cannot be associated with gods, so he is bound to endure hardships and all sorts of schemes.
(I'll do my best to write it well! Fist pump.)
Note:
1. The useless System does not compensate for physical harm with mental harm.
2. Irregular updates.
[The Night] governs loneliness, jealousy, and hatred; [The Angel] governs fear, destruction, and death; [The White Bird] governs suffering and souls; [The Stars] govern conception and new life; [The Lover] governs love and desire; [The Kingdom] governs unity and strength; [The Singer] governs prophecy.
There are no gods in the traditional sense, nor are there angels and demons. Other races such as treants, merfolk, and elves are also different from their traditional Western fantasy counterparts. The Seven Gods are conceptual gods with no self-awareness, and some are described as inhuman forms.
Combat power is not uniform. In other words, the high-level professions and abilities of people from different faiths vary. Some “demigods” may not necessarily defeat high-level professionals. “Demigods” are constrained by the laws of nature and have their own classifications. They are nonhuman.
A preview of my upcoming novel, Don't Keep Company with Madmen.
Fantasy, with exorcists and ghosts, but not the traditional kind. It's another story built around a wild idea.
Blurb:
This novel is also known as Beneath the Twelve Laws.
This is a strange supernatural world. People may be chosen by a law when they are born. The chosen must be compatible with their law. They absorb ghosts, counter other people, and benefit themselves, while those who aren't chosen can only struggle to survive in this world filled with ghosts.
Until one day, everything was upended by a guy who accidentally made a contract with a ghost.
Law One: When walking, you must not step out with your left foot first.
Law Two: When bending over, you must not lower your head.
Law Twelve: When spinning, you must not close your eyes.
After surviving a ghost attack, Bu Jie watched people on the street walk slowly, pause in strange ways, bend to pick things up in bizarre poses, and twitch their faces as they ate. Envy filled his eyes. Seriously, with so many people protected by laws, why couldn't one more be protected?
Having ghosts show up at your door every so often is genuinely miserable!

Bu Jie was a bitter, cynical man who hadn't been chosen. He suspected that was why, after dodging N ghost attacks, he was finally murdered by a tiny banana peel. One slip, one bump to the head, and he woke up half a ghost, with a ghost child he'd made a pact with standing beside him.
“I can't live like this anymore.”
He lifted the quilt and smashed the knife point aimed at the bed with a stool. Looking at the little ghost in the corner, he smiled with “kindness.”
So the next day, the little ghost failed to hunt a human and was instead smashed to death on the floor by a butcher's knife that fell from the door, covered in chicken blood. Coming out of the bathroom, Bu Jie looked at the body on the floor, his face full of relief.
Just as he was packing to move somewhere else, someone slammed him to the ground.
Feeling a tongue licking his neck, he pounded the floor in a frenzy. He really couldn't live like this!

Bu Jie had been a little troubled lately.
“I fell in love with you at first sight.”
A deep, magnetic voice spoke by his ear. Looking at the handsome, tall man before him, whose presence was dangerous, Bu Jie tossed away the little knife that had nearly “accidentally” gone into his kidney and spoke with perfect composure:
“I'm half a ghost, and you're a ghost too. Since ancient times, it's been humans and ghosts who can't forget each other, not ghosts and ghosts.”
Seeing the other man's expression grow more and more deranged, Bu Jie sensed trouble and couldn't help adding:
“Besides... I don't like people who can't even get full marks on a fifth-grade exam.”
His voice grew quieter and quieter until the air itself seemed to freeze. He was pinned to the ground again.
Feeling the other man's heart-wrenching technique, he struggled wildly. How could there be a ghost this unreasonable?
1v1, happy ending.
He's not really a ghost child, just sealed into that form.
Theme: Fight bravely and never give up.
Mi, will the first dozens of chapters be revised? The connection of the first few dozen chapters is not very smooth. It may also be my fault. I always read it in a fog. Mi, the writing is very good. I support Mi. I will continue to work hard to write.
Ouch ouch…!! When can the young lovers get married?
Chew Mi, come on, madam!
Don't stop here, madam!
Looking forward to the day when the relationship between Fabia and Yagnis gets better 🥺
It seems that Lianta, Il and Fabia's Shura field is coming again [covering face and peeking] I hope Norm is okay [put hands together]
When can I see them having a sweet love? I want to see them holding hands and kissing. 🙏🙏🙏
Chapter 1 mentions Phoebe in the orphanage, Chapter 106 mentions that the orphanage was punished by God two years after Fabia left, and Fabia obtained the priest's relic, the Black Book "The Breath of Death", Chapter 108 mentions that Fabia completed the "The Breath of Death".
The place of divine punishment? I don't know why I think of the organization that forced Fabia to be "obedient" [cheek holding]
Haha, I'm jealous of myself, hurry up and become the Great Yagnis. [Cat head]
