[The Grave Robbers' Chronicles] I Want to Eat at Lou Wai Lou Again Today

Warning: Severe OOC. Like my Harry Potter fanfic, this was written with my eyes closed and no idea what I was doing. The entire story is free, and I won't accept criticism or complaints. I write for fun. Either we have fun together, or nobody gets to have fun. Things to note: feel-good power fantasy, strong female lead, no romance, heroine's coming-of-age story. Synopsis: By the time Guan Nian realizes she's landed in the world of The Grave Robbers' Chronicles, and that her father worked for Master Hua, her father has already passed away. The ten-year agreement is nearly over, and Zhang Qiling will emerge in two years, but she's still in middle school, learning how to draw auxiliary lines in geometry. Guan Nian: It's not that I don't want to help. It's just that I'm too young and don't have the ability, you know? As a post-2000s kid, she has to call everyone Uncle. The sentence she hears most often is, “If I had a kid, they'd be about your age.” At the time, all she wants is to study hard and grow up to become a successor to socialism. But she always remembers that afternoon, when, in the breeze by West Lake, Fatty told her that he had some money set aside for her education, and that she had to grow up well. Holding cotton candy in her hand, Guan Nian suddenly thinks, I don't want the money. If she could have her way, then many years from now, Wu Xie would still take them all to Lou Wai Lou, where they would sit in a restaurant by West Lake and order the most expensive dishes. Theme: Ending regrets.
