The Tentacle Monster and Her Cozy Nest

[The heroine doesn't think quite like a human at first] As a young child, Mu Tiantian is taken in by a kind stranger. Her new parents treat her well, and so does a handsome twelve-year-old boy. She loves her new home and family. Four years later, disaster strikes. Her parents die in a car accident on a business trip, despite efforts to save them. For the first time, the boy cries, his eyes red. Crystal-clear tears roll down his snow-white skin, and Mu Tiantian thinks he looks so beautiful. She decides she wants him to be her nest. Mu Tiantian has a secret: she's not human. She's a pink tentacle monster. After the funeral, Mu Qiusheng puts his arms around her and says gently, “From now on, we'll be each other's only support. I'll take good care of you, Tiantian.” Even though he himself looks like he's about to fall apart. She nods and hugs him tightly too. Not long afterward, Mu Qiusheng prepares a lovely, cozy princess bedroom just for her. He pats her head and says softly, “Go to sleep.” She tugs on his hand. “Aren't we sleeping together?” Mu Qiusheng smiles and pokes her cheek. “Tiantian's all grown up now. We can't sleep together anymore.” Mu Qiusheng often dreams at night. In his dreams, pink tentacles wrap tightly around him. When he wakes up in tears, Mu Tiantian, dressed in pink pajamas and clutching a pillow, blinks her big eyes at him. In her soft, sweet voice, she says, “I want to sleep with you.” Reading guide/content warnings: 1. The heroine is much older than she appears. 2. She won't fall in love with the hero or have a physical relationship with him until she looks like an adult and their legal relationship has ended. The same applies to the hero. Its fur shines like fire, and she can tell it'll fetch a good price. She happily strokes the fox's tail and carries him home. She treats his wounds and feeds him so he can recover, then she can sell him to a hunter who knows how to skin him! The fox knows, but he keeps quiet. Hmph. Once his demon powers recover and he can turn back into human form, she'll be sorry! Days pass as Yuan Ze brews tea, grows vegetables, and blows up the kitchen. The hunter never shows up, but an exorcist arrives to capture the fox, restraining him with a formation. The fox can't move and can only force an angry growl from his throat. Just then, the bamboo door creaks open. Yuan Ze yawns and raises her eyelids slightly. “You come all this way without even saying hello, and now you're stealing my pillow?” “...S-Senior Sister?” The leading exorcist goes rigid, and his hand slips. The formation suddenly turns into a killing array. Yuan Ze snaps her fingers, and the murderous formation vanishes at once. The fiery red fox limps over to her and, in humiliation, rolls over to show her his belly so she can pet him. As Yuan Ze strokes the fox, she takes a piece of dried meat from her bag and feeds it to him. “Little Red, have you put on weight lately?” 2. In her previous life, Yuan Ze grievously wounded her master, left the sect, and ended up on the run, hunted by countless people and hated by everyone. Among those people were sect elders, fellow disciples, and even her younger sister. When she stood opposed to everyone, the only one by her side was a fox demon she'd once found utterly annoying. She couldn't get rid of him. No matter how harshly she spoke to him, he would only lower his lashes in silence and follow her, looking a little hurt. He said, “I won't hold you back.” Later, with his beautiful, radiant face covered in blood, he used the last of his demonic power to send Yuan Ze out of the encirclement. Yuan Ze was at a critical stage in her breakthrough. There was nothing she could do, so she could only curse the stupid fox over and over in her heart. Before she could finish cursing him, tears began to fill her eyes. Yuan Ze had always found him such a nuisance. But in the end, even he was gone. Theme: Warmth for everyone
