One ordinary day, college student Shi Zhu woke up inside a strange game. He became its one and only self-healer, a perfect winner by any measure, and even got a game chat group.

The only game chat group on his phone clearly stated that he had to complete the games in the Twelve Towers to escape and return to reality. Meanwhile, Shi Zhu, goofy to the core, had received a one-of-a-kind ability: unlimited reaction images.

When he first saw the reaction images materialize, Shi Zhu was too stunned to believe the thousands saved on his phone were real. Then he was amazed by how mercilessly they suppressed the monsters.

Shi Zhu: "Holy crap, they're the best backup ever!"

A reaction image that could control attack power stood between Shi Zhu and a monster that was about to kick him to death. The monster, which had been rampaging moments earlier, let out scream after scream in agony, unable to move. Bound up like a pretzel and on his last legs, Shi Zhu silently cursed himself for saying such a useless thing, then gave the mighty reaction image a thumbs-up!

"Not only are you amazing, you can scout ahead and call me boss!"

From then on, whenever danger came, his brave reaction-image underlings stood in front of him, while he quietly gathered fragments from the safe houses they entered and enjoyed some peace.
