Was the Plan to Destroy Kamen Rider Mine?

"Rejoice!"

"The one who stands against all Kamen Riders, transcends time and space, changes the past and future, and heralds the end and a new beginning has arrived. May you be granted the power to make your wish come true."

When she received power from a mysterious girl, the man's words of congratulations left a deep impression on every villain present.

They spread far and wide among the enemies of the Riders.

Behind every incident involving Kamen Riders, clues from every corner ultimately point to the same person. Villains from one generation to the next all believe:

The plan to destroy the Kamen Riders was devised by this very lord!

Tenchoryu Chikako: ...

Do you have any idea why I have been mistaken for the ultimate mastermind behind the plan to destroy the Kamen Riders, Woz, professional congratulator?

-

When Tenchoryu Chikako discovered she had transmigrated into the world of Kamen Rider, she managed to keep her composure.

But after achieving a perfect all-happy-ending finale, she was forced to start over for a second playthrough. It's hard to say she was still feeling calm.

Especially when, during the second playthrough, legends about her began circulating among villains from one generation to the next...

Tenchoryu Chikako: I swear I'm actually on the side of justice, and I'm doing all this for a Happy Ending. Do you believe me?

The villains:

Got it. That's right, we're on the side of justice, and everything we do is for our ideal Happy Ending. The Riders standing in our way are the real villains!

The Riders:

Got it. You're our ally from the future, carrying the burden of changing past tragedies. Everything you do is for a Happy Ending. That must be why you seem so familiar and trustworthy. I believe in you!

And the Destroyer of Worlds:

A righteous ally called "the Worst" alongside Ohma Zi-O in 2068? Got it. So I'm really the only good guy with the title of "Worst" who gets ganged up on by every Kamen Rider, huh?

- Second playthrough from the start, villains see the protagonist as a big shot, while heroes have a high opinion of her

- There may be scenes where characters in the second playthrough ask, "Who are you really seeing when you look at me?" and the protagonist insists, "I'm really not treating you as a substitute"

- The story will probably involve some Heisei and some Reiwa entries. Pairing undecided, feel free to invest in a favorite
