Everyone Is Sick

What does it take to find an ideal confidant?

Pick a target, arrange a meeting, grow close and confide in each other, help them rise from a mess of shattered pieces

That is what Yu Ta does.

What does it take to win the one you love?

Fall for them, stalk them, lure them in, remove the obstacles, commit murder, confess your love, then claim your beloved for yourself

That is what Yu Ta's admirers do.

They say:

"We're in love with each other, aren't we? I like you too. We're already in a world with only the two of us, so why do you say our feelings are completely different?"

"I'm the only one you can truly rely on, so keep your eyes on me, all right?"

"Whether you need a prop for friendship or something to help you get away with a crime, I'll be that for you. But if you choose me as your lover, shouldn't you do what a lover is supposed to do?"

"How heartbreaking."

The boy's smile is bright and radiant, while the knife behind his back is cold and sharp.

"For my dear confidant, I'll do anything."

"But if you fall in love with me, does that mean you no longer want to be my confidant?"

It looks like... he'll just have to find his next prey...

A battle of mutual destruction between a lunatic who will stop at nothing for friendship and a group of lunatics who will stop at nothing for love.

· Everyone has unrequited feelings for the protagonist.

· The title says it all: everyone is unwell, and so is the protagonist.

· That said, the protagonist is still the most beautiful, captivating, and scummy person in the whole story.

· The characters' values do not equal the author's values.

Friendship is the selfless association of two equals;

Love is the servile exchange between a tyrant and a slave.
