[Western Crossover] Why Is It So Hard to Be an Ordinary Person?

Kongwu's greatest dream is to become an ordinary person.

She hopes to live an ordinary life, make it through each day like anyone else, and die an ordinary death.

Unfortunately, reality isn't what she wishes it were.

Scene 1:

The Flash looked helplessly at the tall, sturdy boy who was sobbing uncontrollably.

Just moments ago, the boy had swung his sword and cleaved through the tornado-like stream of energy, saving his life.

"There, there. I'm fine, see?"

But the boy didn't stop crying at his friend's reassurance. If anything, he only grew more distraught.

Scene 2:

The frail boy glared at the God of Man reaching out to him. He knew the kind soul before him wasn't the one he knew, but he still couldn't hide his hatred and fury.

"I hate you, Superman."

In another universe, he had personally experienced someone's "injustice and unrighteousness."

Scene 3:

"Goodbye, my dear friend."

The girl with reddish-purple hair smiled as she bid farewell to the Dark Knight, just like in the countless dreams she had woken from.

The man reached out instinctively, but all he caught were particles that had already vanished.

This time, it was a true farewell.
