Shitou Yuichiro found a strange person in the forest. They lay in the grass, their snow-white hair a tangled mess and their body covered in wounds. Their eerie blood-red eyes were strange enough, but that was nothing compared to the fact that this person was a complete little airhead. They would go off with anyone, parrot whatever people said, and come out with the most bizarre things.
Shitou Yuichiro couldn't help wondering which family this naive little fool had run away from. Someone could sell them off, and they'd probably help count the money. Watching them beam happily at a flower, he still couldn't help sighing. Oh well, as long as he kept an eye on them, no one else would trick them.
As a world consciousness still in the process of being born, Echu Lili was roused from a hazy sleep by the stench coming from its own body.
Eyes wide, it frantically circled the place where it was being born, growing more miserable with every thought.
Echu Lili: Waaaaah, I'm dirty! I stink! Blech~
Unable to hold it in, the unborn world consciousness threw up with a wail. Holding its dizzy head, it promptly passed out.
When it opened its eyes again, a creature was babbling at it in a language it couldn't understand. Echu Lili was bewildered, helpless, and even felt like crying.
At first,
Echu Lili: Creator Mother, I want to go home! (So aggrieved)
Later,
Echu Lili: I love Yuichiro most. (Clings to him with all its might)
Bonus Scene 1:
Shitou Yuichiro: What's your name?
Echu Lili: ... (Silence)
Shitou Yuichiro: Why are you here?
Echu Lili: ... (Blink blink)
Shitou Yuichiro turned and walked away.
Echu Lili pattered after him.
Shitou Yuichiro: Mom, I'm home.
Echu Lili: Mom, I'm... home.
Shitou Yuichiro: !

Echu Lili stood furtively in front of Shitou Muichiro.

Shitou Muichiro couldn't help looking over the other's shoulder.
Shitou Yuichiro was chopping radishes with a resounding thwack, thwack.
Muichiro's hair stood on end.

Muzan: Nakime, what are you doing? Nakime! Get me out of here, quick!
Shitou Yuichiro looked at Echu Lili, standing obediently right where it was, and was exasperated by its hopelessness.
