As secretary to the World Council's Speaker, Shen Wen drafted a bill to save humanity from the apocalypse, only to be assassinated. After her death, her achievements and talents earned her a divine spark, bestowed by a goddess on the verge of falling.
Unfortunately, being a goddess isn't easy. If she doesn't become the primary deity of a world within a month, her divine power will run out, which is another way of saying she'll die again.
But Shen Wen knows this kind of work. The easiest civilizations to win over are those whose worlds have already lost all hope in the apocalypse.
She has little divine power to spare, but she pulled this off once before, back when she was still mortal...

From then on, there was no stopping her. Sometimes she became a grandmotherly spirit who lived in someone's pocket; sometimes she descended in an avatar to walk the world. She manipulated history from the shadows, saving one civilization after another, while gathering girls of every personality and species, with all kinds of strange shapes and abilities, to serve as her angelic representatives...
When Shen Wen's followers had spread across the myriad heavens, people honored her as the Goddess of Miracles.
