Everyone leaves, but someone turns back to spy on them.

Shen Ziqiu's eyes, their corners flushed red, glance at the furious, red-faced watcher outside the door. He tilts his head up and plays along with Xie Ling's kiss.

One day, Xie Ling drinks a soup made with jianshouqing mushrooms.

He watches helplessly as cat ears sprout from his little husband’s head.

Oh no! They weren't cooked through.

Then he sees what's behind his little husband.

His pupils contract.

Oh no, why does he have a tail too?

When Shen Ziqiu wakes, he has forgotten everything. All he knows is that the man before him is Doctor Xie, the person who rescued him.

He speaks politely and offers to leave. But in his heart, Shen Ziqiu thinks:

The other man's eyes flicker slightly as he asks him to stay. “A Qiu, I need someone to dry herbs for me. Could you stay and help?”
