My Archrival Is Actually My Favorite Artist

In high school, Sang Huai was always outshone by Yu Jingzhi. After three years as the perennial runner-up, even the girl he liked fell for Yu Jingzhi instead.

He thought he would finally be rid of his nemesis when he went to college. Then, the moment he stepped into the classroom, he saw Yu Jingzhi waving at him.

Sang Huai: "Why are you here?!"

Yu Jingzhi held out a hand. "It's great to see you again."

Wait... No, this can't be right!

Sang Huai took a step back, making sure he hadn't entered the wrong classroom. Did that mean... Yu Jingzhi had transferred into his major?!

Damn... That guy just won't leave me alone!

And then:

Group project, same group.

Club recruitment, same department.

Sang Huai: Aaaah, Yu Jingzhi, what did I do to deserve you in my past life?!

Invited to an anime convention, Sang Huai was full of anticipation at the thought of meeting his favorite artist.

Clutching a piece of merch featuring his idol's artwork, he lowered his head nervously and held it out as if making a last stand. "Artist Zhi Huai, I'm your biggest fan! Could you sign this for me?"

A soft chuckle. Sang Huai looked up and saw a familiar face.

Yu Jingzhi sat in his chair, his handsome features relaxed and his eyes bright with amusement as he looked at Sang Huai. "Really? I'm your favorite?"
