The Gods Descend [Everyone's Favorite + Worldbuilding]

[Gentle, cunning, devoted-dog Star God gong X cold on the outside, warm on the inside human architect shou]

The architect Wang Shu transmigrates by accident, only to find himself in the body of a boy fleeing for his life from enemies.

With his enemies closing in, he has no choice but to escape into a barren planet.

Legend has it that this was once the Moon God’s domain. After the Moon God fell, the planet lost its vitality.

It became a barren planet, and a nest of monsters.

Everyone thinks Wang Shu will be killed by the monsters, including Wang Shu himself.

But

The moment he sets foot on the barren planet

A hideous giant beast bows its head. A bloodthirsty falcon alights on a branch.

The Moonfolk arrive and kneel on one knee, kissing the back of his hand as they pledge their loyalty to Wang Shu.

Buds sprout from dead trees, and green grass grows in the desert.

Only then does Wang Shu learn that he is the reincarnation of the legendary Moon God, and that his strength determines the fate of the entire Moonfolk.

To repay the people who regard him as their faith, Wang Shu leads them in building a home and restoring the barren planet, while also working to improve his own strength.

But can someone tell him

Why has a man who claims to be his husband shown up, determined to fight the Moonfolk over whether Wang Shu stays or leaves?

P.S. A classic wish-fulfillment, everyone-loves-the-protagonist story.

Everyone loves and respects the shou, except for the Star God, who is in love with him.

The shou is a little weak at first, but once he regains his strength later on, he’s incredibly powerful.

The Moonfolk are powerful and worship the shou with fervent devotion.

The Moonfolk have human and beast forms. Those in beast form remain beasts forever.

Theme: The protagonist deserves to be adored by everyone.
