The Tennis Boy, Nioh-kun

[New story is up~]

New Story Synopsis:

No one knew when it began, but all sorts of strange plants and animals started appearing across Teyvat.

For example:

Trees that blossomed with fruit pudding

Trees covered in roast chicken

Trees that grew different kinds of fruit

Trees bearing sausages as fruit

Trees with steak for leaves

Neither animals nor plants, these peculiar things came to be collectively known as plantimals. The moment they appeared, they left Teyvat's natives wide-eyed, opening up a whole new world to them. They also made the name Muyan resound throughout Teyvat.

At first, everyone mistakenly thought these plantimals were the result of Muyan's powers as the Archon of Life. Sure, they were a little strange, but they greatly enriched and made people's lives more convenient.

And so the misunderstanding persisted. From then on, the Archon of Life became the most popular Archon on the continent of Teyvat.

Only later did everyone discover that this Archon of Life wasn't an Archon of Life at all. She was an Emanator of Abundance who had forcibly moved in and wanted to laze around.

As for Muyan, all she'd wanted at first was to find somewhere to laze around and recover from her injuries. She never expected that, while she was lounging about, ordinary people would start living around the tree form she'd taken to recuperate.

She didn't want to get caught up in the Archon War!

So, to make sure she could laze in peace, Muyan decided to cozy up to someone powerful.

Hey, you over there, the responsible big shot who's unbeatable around Guili Assembly! She's bringing her people and technology to join you!

After successfully joining Guili Assembly, Muyan was delighted to laze about. Using the power of Abundance, she researched all kinds of peculiar plantimals.

And that's how those strange plantimals became all the rage across Teyvat.

Synopsis of this story:

[Going premium from Chapter 22]

Niou never expected that simply helping his sister tidy up the tennis racket she'd left by the door would get him bound to a System.

And this System wanted to turn him into some kind of sweat-drenched tennis boy?

He hated the sun, for goodness' sake. How could he possibly play tennis?

But there was no helping it. The System was so noisy whenever he failed to complete a mission. To keep himself from being driven mad, he reluctantly began learning tennis.

Who knew he'd end up falling in love with it? The System had to be given credit for succeeding.

[Warning: Contains personal additions and major timeline alterations. Some events won't follow the original timeline. The tournaments also use a later format that alternates between singles and doubles, so don't be surprised, dear readers. Also, beware of cross-dressing!]

[PS: This is a crossover with Katekyo Hitman Reborn! and Detective Conan, but they play a very minor role. The main setting is The Prince of Tennis.]

The pairing is set: Tanejima. Yukimura and Niou only have companion-like feelings for each other. The story focuses on the plot, especially Niou's journey in tennis.

The glory belongs to the original work, the OOC is mine.

This is my version of Niou. If you don't like it, please don't flame me. There are countless good stories on Jinjiang, so just move on if this one isn't for you. Don't let it ruin your day. It's not worth it.
