After enduring three lifetimes of romantic tribulations, Luo Yunxiu ascends to immortality and creates a world ruled by women through her own efforts.

Her followers all know that the Perfected Lord Yunxiu was hurt by love, is promiscuous, and loves men. As a result, her temple is always stocked with offerings of every kind of handsome man.

Luo Yunxiu accepts anyone who comes, is cold and heartless, discards them as soon as she's done, and never gives a second thought. For a hundred years, she has never fallen for any of her offerings.

Until one day, her followers present her with a trembling little fox.

The little fox has only just taken human form. His skin is fair, and he's beautiful. His fox eyes are captivating, and when he looks at Luo Yunxiu, they shine with tears and fear.

Cowering in the corner of the bed, his eyes red and wet, he pleads pitifully, "My Lord, please spare Shiqi."

Fox Shiqi grew up in a brothel, but he is innocent, pure, and untouched by the ways of the world. Everyone expects him to be used and abused like the other offerings, then mercilessly cast aside by the Perfected Lord.

But no one expected that on a certain stormy night, the Perfected Lord Yunxiu would brave the wind and rain, hurrying through the streets of the mortal realm with a lantern in hand, asking everyone she met, "Have you seen my little fox?"
