Chu Yu, the bar's star pianist, is at the center of three juicy rumors:
The first is that behind his mask, he is actually a famous biology teacher at a prestigious local high school.
The second is that back in college, at one of China's top two universities, he dated a green-tea puppy ex who was practically his unattainable first love.
The third is that his frail, sickly body carries the blood of a famous tycoon, though the tycoon apparently refuses to acknowledge him.
These rumors put Chu Yu at the center of gossip. People are fascinated by the cool, mysterious, beautiful masked pianist, and everyone wants to dig up some dirt about his two relationships.
But Chu Yu, as aloof as ever, couldn't care less. As a teacher in the honors class, he has only one thing to worry about every day:
Xie Heng, the homeroom teacher, keeps coming up with increasingly bizarre excuses to ask him to take a walk around the track at dusk, as if they were high school students sneaking around in a relationship.

One day, one of those fanfics accidentally falls into Xie Heng's hands. The students are summoned to his office, trembling and convinced they're doomed.
But Xie Heng simply reads the whole thing carefully, then points to a steamy scene and smiles:
"This is really well written... How about this: find a way to get Teacher Chu to act this scene out with me, and I'll cancel your math homework for the entire week. Deal?"

They might actually be onto something!

2. There's a reason for the breakup. The two leads love only each other from beginning to end.
3. They reunite at the start. The story uses flashbacks and shifts between past and present.
4. The wealthy-family melodrama is limited, but there will be some ensemble scenes with the students.
5. This story is not suitable for fans who insist on one character or pairing, or who dislike alternate pairings and role reversals.
