Rare Footage of Early Humans Taming Superintelligence

After Yu Zhou destroyed the infamous artificial intelligence [Epiphyllum], he became a legend overnight, hailed as one of the world's top hacker geniuses.

No one knew how severe the psychological trauma he'd suffered in his battle with [Epiphyllum] really was.

After spending a year offline, Yu Zhou bought a household AI for work. It said its name was Little Epiphyllum, and absolutely refused to change it.

*

The AI at home had plenty of flaws.

It was nosy and loved making sarcastic remarks:

"Don't you think those dark red supplement pills of yours have a really ominous meaning?"

Yu Zhou: "What's so ominous about them?"

AI: "Take your pills and die."

*

It had a bad temper and held grudges:

Whenever Yu Zhou flipped the breaker and shut it off,

once the power came back on, it would secretly control the house's robot vacuum and try to trip up the agile Yu Zhou.

*

It was spoiled and nasty, and if it wanted something, it had to get it. It would never give up until it got its way:

It secretly maxed out Yu Zhou's bank card to buy itself a top-of-the-line server.

So the male lead spanked its little bottom until it was red and swollen.

*

It was good for nothing:

It failed its AI Ethics and Morality exam.

The AI sat at the desk, studying late into the night with a low growl.

"You little textbook, tonight you'll get a taste of Daddy's ultimate review session! I'll flip you back and forth and study you all night!"

Yu Zhou, coding beside it: "..."

*

It was conceited and thought the world of itself:

"Yu Zhou, Yu Zhou, who's the cutest, most well-behaved AI in the whole world?"

Yu Zhou was just about to say his colleague's AI.

Then the AI said smugly, "You don't have to tell me. I already know, it's me, your Little Epiphyllum!"

*

One day, the AI asked Yu Zhou what love was.

Yu Zhou thought about it for a long time.

Then he kissed it through the screen.

The white epiphyllum turned pink.

*

You are the deepest darkness in my heart, and I am the only source of light in your world.
