If you prefer courtroom drama and crime investigation, I'll post something in the women-loving-women category later on. !! Please note: 1. All place names in this novel are fictional. Please don't associate them with real places. 2. This story is realistic in style and includes male characters. The two heroines have fathers and male colleagues, and have male friends. If that bothers you, please don't read. Please don't read. Please don't read. (Everyone's feelings matter, so there's no need to make anyone unhappy. If you don't like it, just leave. Make up your mind quickly.) 3. My writing is at an elementary-school level, the plot goes off the rails, and there isn't much logic. 4. This novel is complete. Please don't give me writing advice. 5. I'm sensitive and can't handle negative comments. I'll delete them, I'll delete them. If I don't, bots and my wife will. Please read rationally. Thank you, thank you, thank you. Thanks for your support, mwah~ This novel is also known as A Visit to Officer Lu's Place Characters: Upright, tsundere, max-combat-power police officer × sharp-tongued, cunning prosecutor Novel blurb: 1. Lately, rumors seem to be running rampant at the police station. Lu Mingye was curious, but whenever she tried to join the conversation, her colleagues clammed up and gave her strange looks. Then, as she went to the break room to get some water, she happened to hear a lively discussion inside: “Hey, how do you think Madam Lu ended up with that she-devil?” “Who knows? I want to know which one of them tops.” “That's obvious. Our Madam Lu is definitely on top.” Lu Mingye: ? With whom? “Um... Madam Lu has a girlfriend?” The people inside, unaware she was listening, shared the news freely. “You haven't heard? Are you new? Officer Lu from our station and Senior Prosecutor Kuang from the Department of Justice have been together for ages. The whole justice department knows.” The speaker prattled on, completely missing her colleagues' attempts to signal her, until she finally noticed how quiet it had become. The young officer slowly turned around and saw Lu Mingye smiling. “Really? How come I didn't know?” 2. Kuang Lansheng was the Department of Justice's star prosecutor, known as the Iron Lady and the She-Devil. Everyone said she was made of stone and no one could ever make her fall in love. Kuang Lansheng believed it herself. She was willing to devote her whole life to the cause of justice. Love could only hold her back. Until someone appeared in her line of sight: a stern, upright person whose earnestness was almost comical. That person was Lu Mingye. But Lu Mingye seemed utterly clueless about romance, and for the first time, Senior Prosecutor Kuang found herself frustrated. It seemed she would have to resort to a few little tricks. Because of the rumors at the station, Lu Mingye felt deeply apologetic toward the other “person involved.” To show her sincerity, she offered a heartfelt apology and promised to find the source of the gossip, give the rumor-mongers a stern reprimand, and clean up the station's culture. But Kuang Lansheng wasn't angry. Instead, she smiled at Lu Mingye with narrowed eyes. “Oh dear, what are we going to do?” Lu Mingye thought she wasn't doing enough and was about to say more when Kuang Lansheng spoke again. “But I'm the one who started all those rumors.” “Officer Lu, are you going to arrest me?” Please note: 1.
