Ying Xu was a university student about to graduate.

Three years ago, a strange dimension randomly appeared in the world. It was home to countless man-eating monsters. Ying Xu looked up in shock.

She had thought the family tree her grandfather showed her as a child was made up, and that her family name had been changed at random by some ancestor. Could she really be a descendant of Qin Shi Huang?

So Ying Xu, a supernatural ability user who joined the national team, began shouting whenever she ran into danger:

In the royal court, the officials saw the decree descend from the heavens and fell to their knees in fear.

Beneath his crown, the First Emperor narrowed his long eyes. After a long pause, he chuckled. "Oh? This object from beyond the heavens claims that my bloodline has been left behind in Chu, and that I should send people to rescue them?"

"My bloodline? How would I know nothing of it?"

"Interesting. Very interesting."

"I shall see what sort of sinister trick this is."

Several years later, Ying Xu was in danger once more. On the verge of being devoured by the monsters, she watched a tall figure in gilded dragon robes materialize from thin air. With just one glance, the monsters surrounding her wailed and vanished into ashes.

Ying Xu looked up in alarm and heard the man's stern voice resound across the world, shaking everyone to their core: "Anyone who harms my beloved daughter shall have their entire clan exterminated."

The First Emperor's wrath sent a million Qin soldiers charging forth at his command. Like a black torrent, they swallowed the monsters whole.

Ying Xu, protected behind them, stared at the crushed monster nest, her mouth hanging open. She immediately dropped to her knees and grabbed hold of her powerful backer. "Ancestor! No, Dad! You're my real dad!"
