After the Sickly Beauty Picked Up a Mad Dog

[Mad-dog gong x sickly young-master shou]

Sickly Qi Wen finds a filthy stray dog in a dark alley.

The stray has a miserable past and no one to look after him. He fights like a madman, yet carefully protects a flower in his hand.

Qi Wen can barely look after himself, but still finds himself wanting to raise the stray dog.

He raises the maddest stray until it gradually starts to resemble a person. The unruly dog obediently kneels to help Qi Wen put on his shoes, and carefully carries him on his back when he can no longer walk.

Qi Wen turns the mad dog everyone avoids into the most loyal, most unhinged dog by his side.

The first time Guan Cheng sees Qi Wen, he is surrounded by a crowd. With a look of disgust, he presses one finger against his ear, openly rejecting all the noise around him. Yet his features are so beautiful and delicate that he looks like a doll.

Guan Cheng thinks he will probably never have anything to do with Young Master Qi.

Then, on a stormy day, after a crowd beats him and leaves him lying in a pool of blood, he sees the young master again.

Qi Wen stands with one shoe tip on the corner of a brick, looking down at him with disgust, yet offers him a hand.

Guan Cheng has always thought the sickly young master must have an ulterior motive.

But after the young master is kind to him for long enough, Guan Cheng, who was rotting in the mud, begins to yearn for the moon.

In the stray dog's dreams, he wants the young master to let him kiss and hold him, and to have eyes for no one but him.

In the end, the mad dog will turn on its master. The only question is whether the master will let it.
