After the Pretty Fool Stumbled into a Town of Strange Tales

A beautiful young woman who's a little slow on the uptake gets a job as a librarian in a remote border town.

But the town's hiring requirements are strange: residents aren't allowed to leave town in their daily lives, and newcomers must work for five years before they can change careers.

The pretty young woman doesn't give it much thought and happily sets off.

Strange creatures hanging outside the windows, multi-headed monsters lurking along unknown roads, a doll shop on the street corner, a pool of water on the seventh shelf in the library that can't be wiped away, shadows in people's eyes walking backward...

This is a town of urban legends that no one can ever leave once they enter.

After joining the police station in the border town, police officers must strictly follow the handbook, yet the casualty rate among field personnel remains as high as 80 percent.

They say the captain in charge of field operations at the town's only police station is the only force capable of fighting the urban legends.
