The Eldritch Controller

In 2277, the cyber world is in turmoil, the global order undergoes a dramatic shift, and New Era descends upon Earth. Strange phenomena emerge everywhere and danger lurks on all sides. Everyone is forced to retreat behind the walls just to survive.

The old monetary system, where money could buy anything, collapses. Might makes right once more, and only the strong can survive.

Humanity is turned upside down.

He Liang, retired at a remote research institute, is no exception.

Her starting level is Lv. 0, and her constitution is a rare E rank, so weak she couldn't even take down a chicken. Even the artificial intelligence she's worked with for years predicts she'll be among the first to die.

And yet, He Liang survives alongside the entire research team. They make it safely into the Third Containment Zone, where the team is assigned to a combat unit and she becomes its most ordinary logistics worker.

At first, people think He Liang is simply lucky and has found herself a powerful patron.

Later, they realize the whole world is in the palm of her hand.

The blood blossoming from the necks of the aberrant creatures becomes ink beneath her pen. Cryptic characters fall into new arrangements, forming new rules.

Every aberration bows before her.

She is the First Sovereign of the chaotic world, the [Sage].
