Dazai wakes up to find himself in a strange world, with an irritable best friend and a little System by his side.
The System says he has to complete missions in a wasteland world to stay alive.
Dazai says, "How boring. I'm not doing it! I want to lie flat!"
The System says, "What can I do? I can only get down on my knees and beg you~"
Dazai finally agrees. The System is overjoyed, but its happiness lasts only one day.
During the first stage of running a supermarket, Dazai is supposed to help poor humanity survive a mutant-plant crisis. Instead, he subdues the humans who have taken shelter in the store and decorates the place with mutant plants he has ripped out of the ground.
System: "..."
During the second stage of running a supermarket, he is supposed to reconcile the machine faction and humanity. Dazai kills the Machine King.
System: "..."
During the third stage, he is supposed to build the supermarket into a globally renowned establishment that brings civilization to the world. Dazai finally stops beating people to death, but turns the supermarket into a globally notorious death trap.
System: Forget it. The big shot can do whatever he wants. Smiling.jpg
Couple: Dazai and Chuuya
P.S. Wasteland meets cyberpunk. This is an unconventional post-apocalyptic story.
A warning: The characters are OOC. The entire story takes place in another world, with no connection to the original timeline.

Blurb:
Shenli has a secret: he can enter other worlds in his dreams, but he has no control over it.
Those worlds have no fairy tales about princes and princesses, nor any thrilling tales of battle and conquest. They hold only endless despair and suffocating pain.
Nameless beings revel in the dark of night. Tiny humans, no more than ants, struggle in despair. It seems the world could be destroyed at any moment.
But everything changes the moment Shenli appears...
From an interview on the scene by a certain nameless reporter: "What do you think of your respective journeys through corruption?"
Nameless Being A: "I met a strange human who took twenty years of my life. It was awful! I never want to meet that strange human again!"
Nameless Being B: "I met a strange human who took my head and gave it to a bunch of inferior life-forms to kick around like a ball. It was awful. I want to go back to the Abyss and never come out again. QAQ"
Nameless Being C: "I met a strange human who took all my tentacles and gave them to those inferior life-forms for food. This was the worst journey ever, bar none!"
The countless complaints of victimized nameless beings are omitted...
Nameless Reporter: "Mr. Shenli, do you have anything to say about these accusations?"
Shenli faces the camera, looking utterly sincere. "They did all that of their own free will. I'm a good person. I never forced them to do anything. I swear it by Azathoth!"
All the nameless beings: "Hmph!"
A protagonist who isn't exactly sunshine-bright but still holds on to hope, paired with an investigator gong who has no presence whatsoever.
Upcoming derivative BL novel, The Fantasy World's Odd Jobs Agency: Gojo, Geto, Gintoki, Shinpachi, and Kagura open an odd jobs agency in a fantasy world. It's a lighthearted comedy with plenty of snark. If you're interested, please add it to your favorites ^ω^
Oh, and there's another upcoming urban supernatural novel, One Hundred Ways to See Ghosts. I only have a rough idea so far and haven't worked out the details yet, haha. But I'll write everything I post a blurb for, so if you're interested, please add it to your favorites. Sending hearts!
Theme: Protect the natural environment and build a harmonious world.
It feels like it's a bit weakening Dazai's brain power and Chuuya's strength.
Nvn prays that the update will not be discontinued
Hahaha, Dazai, don't love me too much
Even if the script team lacks information, they can't be so stupid. Isn't Dazai a worry-taker?
Really! The goal of the mission is just to stay alive. As for how to live, it is not up to the mission leader. Neither Dazai nor Chuuya are such kind and stupid people. Not sure?
