Cyberpunk Asylum (formerly titled The White Tower)

(Infinite-flow, cyberpunk)

(Blurb pending revision)

In the year 2799, only three megacities remain in the world.

Beneath vast stretches of desolate ruins lie one slum after another. Their residents are backward and poor, with no access to any technology.

Xie Qi was born in one of these slums.

As far back as he can remember, he has dreamed every night of a white tower floating in a rust-colored sky.

They say that if he enters the tower and clears its game, he will gain the key to changing his own fate, and even the fate of everyone living in the slums.

At nineteen, Xie Qi finally stepped inside the white tower.

It was filled with slaughter, traps, and overwhelming terror, far beyond anything he could have imagined.

Later, the floor caved in, the walls cracked, and the white tower teetered on the brink of collapse...

At last, Xie Qi pushed open the door that symbolized victory, only to see a young man approaching through alternating heaps of white bones and rotting flesh.

For some unknown reason, the young man had a face identical to Xie Qi's, yet exuded a sick, ruthless, even deranged air.

"Who are you?" Xie Qi asked him.

The young man smiled and said, "Brother, you've finally come to find me."
