Konoha Daily News:

A man surnamed Uchiha recently purchased the long-abandoned Uchiha clan grounds in full and announced plans to build a new shinobi village centered around the estate.

The Seventh Hokage is closely following the matter and has publicly pledged his full support for the new village's construction, saying he hopes to foster harmonious relations between the villages.

Earlier, our reporter accidentally captured a rare photograph of the Seventh Hokage being beaten by the man and electrocuted until he was blackened from head to toe.

How is this connected to the Hokage's public statement? What exactly is the relationship between the Seventh Hokage and this man? Stay tuned for our follow-up reports.

[Sasuke's Perspective]

At the Valley of the End, Sasuke was saved by a System as he lay on the brink of death.

This System was called Madara.

Madara gave him a mission: revive the Uchiha clan.

Sasuke thought to himself: What new scheme is the old ancestor cooking up now?

But he chose to accept, because reviving the clan was exactly what he wanted.

He would reclaim everything the Uchiha clan had lost: its reputation, its prosperity, and its love.

Sasuke noticed that Naruto had been acting a little strange lately.

Not only was he always hanging around on Sasuke's roof, but he'd also argued with their classmates for Sasuke and nearly picked a fight with Konoha's higher-ups.

Sasuke didn't understand.

He had more important things to do, like earn money to buy the clan grounds.

Later, Sasuke noticed that he had started acting strangely too. It was as if he'd come down with an illness that made ants crawl all over him whenever he heard the word “friend.”

Whenever it flared up, he couldn't help wanting to electrocute someone a few times.

Sasuke didn't understand.

He had more important things to do, like revive his clan.

[Naruto's Perspective]

The Seventh Hokage of Konoha died after being set up by Konoha's higher-ups.

The hero of the past had been drained of his last drop of blood. He died in obscurity, alone and forgotten.

When he opened his eyes again, he was back at the Valley of the End, with the dying Sasuke lying beside him.

This time, they had both survived.

This time, he didn't want to regret anything or leave anything unresolved.

Sasuke: I don't know medical ninjutsu. Go see Sakura.

Naruto: It really hurts! It hurts and itches!

Sasuke: There's nothing wrong with you.
