I Cosplayed as Black Zero and Transmigrated into the Detective World

Furuya Rei, a mixed-race man, is blessed with striking looks and a fitting name. His best friend asks him to take on the important task of cosplaying as the Black Organization's Rei Furuya at a convention.

As he points a toy gun at a fan who begs him to "shoot me," he theatrically fiddles with a safety catch that isn't even there. Then he hears the sharp click of a safety being switched off.

...Something seems wrong.

He looks down. The fan who was grinning like a lovestruck fool has turned into a hulking man with snot and tears streaming down his face. Furuya Rei reflexively pulls the trigger, and the bullet flies past the man's head and into the ground.

The hulking man screams, "I'll talk! I'll tell you everything!"

Furuya Rei stares blankly as he puts his gun away. Whoops, looks like I took things too far. Where am I?

I haven't figured out what happens next. Most likely it'll be a fun story about tormenting people.

The cover is just a quick sketch I drew. It's ugly, but I'll use it for now.

I'll revise this repeatedly before the story is officially published.
