Has Sister-in-Law Broken Up Today?

Xu Zhaolin received photos of his fiance cheating and immediately went to find out who had sent them. The answer was unexpected: the sender was his fiance's younger brother.

As Xu Zhaolin remembered him, the other man was a bookworm who wore black-rimmed glasses all day, was quiet and taciturn, and barely made an impression.

"Why send these to me? What do you want?" Xu Zhaolin held the photos out to Pei Su.

Tears pattered onto the photos. The young man's eyes were red, as if he were the one who'd been cheated on.

"How could he betray you? He doesn't deserve you!"

So he was a righteous crusader.

What Pei Su didn't know was that Xu Zhaolin and his fiance had always been in a business arrangement. There was no question of betrayal between them.

"Don't worry, Sister-in-law. I'll make it up to you on my brother's behalf!" The young man looked so sincere it was hard to refuse him.

Pei Su had a secret no one knew: he had been in love with his sister-in-law for years. He thought love was out of reach, but then he accidentally stumbled upon his older brother's affair.

Anger and pain gave rise to greed. His chance had come. Why should his older brother get to have him, but not Pei Su?

Pei Su tried every way he could to stay by Xu Zhaolin's side, but Xu Zhaolin only saw him as a child.

Ever since Pei Su was little, his mother had told him that everything in the family belonged to his older brother. He mustn't take anything from him. He didn't deserve it.

But Pei Su realized that if he didn't fight for what he wanted, he would never have Xu Zhaolin.

He would show what he was capable of. He would claim the moon.

Xu Zhaolin looked down coldly at the man kneeling to wipe his feet. "How long are you planning to keep me here?"

The man said nothing, wholly absorbed in his task. Xu Zhaolin took the opportunity to kick him. "Answer me."

The man caught his ankle and pressed his cheek against Xu Zhaolin's calf. "How about forever?"

Xu Zhaolin frowned. "Are you a dog?"

Pei Su: "Please let me be your dog."

Xu Zhaolin curved his lips into a smile and lifted the man's handsome face with his snowy-white toe. "Let's see how you do tonight."
