Baoyu's Sister Holds the Dream of the Red Chamber Script

Everyone says Jia Can was born lucky: born into a wealthy, prestigious family like the Rongguo Mansion, she came into the world as a pampered legitimate daughter. What is more, a radiant glow surrounded her at birth, so everyone said she must have been sent from heaven. The entire household doted on her, even more than on her twin brother, who was born holding a jade in his mouth.

Only Jia Can knows that after her seventh birthday, she began having nightmares. In her dreams, the Jia family first flourished like flowers in full bloom, but then their grand mansion collapsed in an instant. Some died, others scattered, and in the end, “spring passed, beauty faded, and the flowers fell, while the dead and the living knew nothing of each other.”

Looking at her sisters laughing and joking and her foolish brother, Jia Can feels the weight of responsibility. She resolves that she absolutely cannot let her family fall into the same ruin she saw in her dreams!
