The Precognitive

In 2096, the world's first full-dive game, called Life Rewind, arrived. Bored with real life, people entered the game to explore its boundless world.

But before long, people claiming to be "Precognitives" appeared and warned everyone: Stop playing the game! The god is dead! The world has been played to death!

At first, everyone thought they were crazy, me included.

Until one day, I became one of those crazies too.

I became the only one left in the whole world, a madwoman and a Precognitive: No. 0.

Fang Xiao had always thought of herself as an utterly ordinary outsider.

She grew up ordinarily, played ordinarily, finished college ordinarily, got an utterly ordinary life script, and lived out an utterly ordinary life.

In her view, the rules were:

1. The dead cannot come back to life;

2. People grow up from childhood;

3. People are people, who will starve to death if they don't eat;

9. People are animals, and animals have souls too. But animals and humans are truly different kinds of living things, from entirely separate lineages.

All of that was shattered the day she became a Precognitive.

Reader's guide:

1. A new world, a new system, and post-apocalyptic fiction;

2. Inspired by the idea of a multiverse. The story moves slowly at first, so please bear with me;

3. The pairing is set. An unconventional powerhouse (the heroine) takes a rookie (the hero) under her wing. It's very obvious, so there's no need to guess;

4. Visit my profile for twice the fun. Screenshot taken on 2023.4.24.

5. The heroine is a young heroine, not a powerhouse heroine, and she has a few shortcomings.
