On the eve of the Black Organization's destruction, Ran Mouri suddenly learns that she is the heroine of a shonen manga called Detective Conan, and that its male lead is her childhood friend and current boyfriend, Shinichi Kudo.
The shonen manga franchise is huge, wildly popular, and immensely valuable. Its author never stops pulling stunts, and fans of popular characters are constantly at each other's throats.
Mr. Amuro, the café employee downstairs and her father's apprentice, is a Japanese Public Security Bureau agent undercover in the Organization.
Mr. Okiya, who is staying at Shinichi's house, is an FBI agent who faked his death to escape the Organization.
Ai Haibara, the little girl living at the Professor's house, is actually a former Organization scientist who helped develop the drug.
Conan Edogawa, who is staying at her house under the guise of being a relative of her boyfriend, is actually her boyfriend himself, reduced to the size of an electronic pet.
Every one of them has a blood feud with the Organization, and their hatred for it is absolute. As the heroine of this manga, her role is to stand still, crying and calling for her dad and boyfriend, while being conveniently kept out of the main plot.
Then, whenever the characters from the various factions get into a brawl, she's dragged in to serve as a target for their insults.
Ran Mouri: ...
Can you all stop being so ridiculous?
Kept out of the main plot once again, this time near the finale, Ran watches the Black Organization fall and her boyfriend return safely alongside his companions. Suddenly, she feels like it's all so pointless.
More than ten years of being childhood friends aren't enough to make her boyfriend trust her, let alone tell her everything or turn his back to her.
Ran smiles at her boyfriend as he walks over and says goodbye. "Shinichi, I think we should put our relationship on hold for now. I'm going to study in China."
She nudges him toward his companions as he approaches and waves. "It's all over. We should all have a better future ahead of us."
.
OOC warning. Don't mind me, I'm going crazy. The official couple, who are older than me, are getting broken up. I'm totally fine.
The main story is about Ran saying goodbye to her life in Japan and coming to China to study, making friends with Chinese college girls, admiring handsome men and beautiful women, and traveling with Sonoko. They'll all head toward the future together.
Shinichi and Conan are both in the past now. Ran doesn't need to be used by Gosho Aoyama as a tool to drum up hype anymore, nor does she need to be the heroine who gets left out of the main plot. She deserves a better future.
I haven't read much of the manga. The last time I watched the anime was before Heiji and Kazuha's trouble, haha. This is a self-indulgent work where I'm letting loose. I'll do my best to use the first hundred or so TV anime episodes and the first few movies as references.
Theme: Don't kiss everyone, just kiss one person
This book is at 200% progress in my column, so when will you, the author, meet this progress?
Sister Zhang: I am shocked. You three are not far away yet.
Great, that's right, that's right. If you have any difficulties, it's right to approach our Chinese police.
嘿嘿嘿嘿嘿嘿哈哈哈哈哈哈,我宣布我兰酱自由了嘿嘿哈哈哈嘿(我没疯,别拉我)
Let me explain in advance that I am really just a stranger. How could this happen? I only watched a few episodes of Conan when I was a child. I don't remember Haiyuan as a person. She probably hadn't appeared when I watched it. Why did my pure love childhood sweetheart suddenly become like this...
Come on, madam, now I want to read some free articles about Lan Lan, whether it's Dumei, Lalang, or original CP. In short, just stay away from those two people.
It's good to read, I hope it will be updated daily.
Hey, has the author stopped writing?
"The next jump" is a big thorn in the side of the author~ Scared
Jing Guang and Zero: I really appreciate you remembering this plot and thanking the author for feeding me. You must stick to the end!
