A Survival Guide for the Dead's Requests

Overnight, Cheng Sining, a miserable high school senior, discovers that everyone has a bright countdown timer showing how long they have left to live above their heads. She has to keep taking commissions from the System's deceased clients to earn extra time and extend her life. Every commission has just one core task: take the client's place and survive. As she struggles through beginner missions and fights back against her killers, she happens to discover that she isn't fighting alone.

After being utterly screwed over by unreliable teammates, she asks the System: Can you give me a reliable teammate every time?

The System coldly refuses: The Host's level is too low. You don't have permission to choose your team freely.

One reliable teammate has this to say: Please keep it together and don't hold me back. Thanks.
