World 1:
The protagonist is the devoted first wife of a womanizing scum gong. He doesn't mind even when the scum gong is surrounded by rumors and constantly has someone on each arm.
The scum gong, starved for love and sensitive, gradually falls for him. The prodigal wants to turn over a new leaf and spend his life with the shou alone, even giving up his inheritance for him.
Until one day, there is a car accident. Lying in a pool of blood, he sees the shou clutching him in a panic and shouting at the doctor: "Save him! You have to save him! If you can't, then at least make sure his heart can be transplanted into someone else's body!"
The cold in the scum gong's heart is worse than the pain in his body. He remembers that he first met the shou after undergoing heart transplant surgery.
The shou never loved him. He loved the original owner of that heart.
[As far as the shou is concerned, as long as that heart keeps beating, he and his lover have a happy ending.]

World 2:
The shou and the scum gong are engaged, but the scum gong's childhood friend, his younger brother, always likes to meddle in their relationship.
When both of them are hospitalized, the scum gong chooses to look after his younger brother.
When they compete for resources, the scum gong chooses to help his younger brother.
Until one day, the shou and the scum gong's younger brother are locked up together. The scum gong rushes to save them, only to see "Little Brother" sleeping with the shou.
"Dear sister-in-law, you wouldn't want my big brother, the scum gong, to find out that every time he has to choose between you and me, you're in my bed, would you?"
"You want resources? I'll get you the best. You're sick? I'll deliberately hurt myself so I can stay with you in the hospital. You want to kill me to vent your anger? I'll teach you how to kill with one strike. I'm clearly the one who loves you more than XX, the scum gong..."
The scum gong goes mad.
