The Art of Combat with a Scalpel and a War Hammer

It was an ordinary, unremarkable day when a zombie virus broke out in Zhonghu Province, Alliance territory.

Ji Kuixing was an ordinary medical student at Zhonghu University. Her life had been going smoothly, and she had no worries about continuing her studies. If she had one complaint, it was that the city hospital where she was interning made her work far too much overtime!!!

Little did she know that the fever keeping her late at work was a warning of the apocalypse.

One day, just as she was about to rest after another overtime shift, a mutated patient suddenly attacked her.

Fortunately, she broke through the obstacles and made it home. She was glad she'd been cautious before, because her supplies could last a while.

But the zombie virus spread rapidly through the city, regardless of Ji Kuixing's wishes. Before long, she and her roommate Jiang Qiu could no longer receive any news from the outside world.

She had no idea what was happening outside, how long they could hide in their rental, or what they should do next.

A figure dressed all in black entered Ji Kuixing's line of sight, with a huge horde of zombies following behind. Jiang Qiu casually dubbed the newcomer the Zombie-Walking Warrior.

"My name is Gu Yu. Yu, as in island. Hello."

In the apocalypse, a sense of security is more precious than alcohol, and Gu Yu happens to have plenty of it.

Ji Kuixing: "It's all because clinical medicine takes five years to study! We're the same age, but this guy's already in his first year of grad school."

Tips:

1. There are no special powers. This isn't a power fantasy, but a story about a group of young women teaming up to survive.

2. Xiao Gu is an unconventional younger, devoted type. Don't judge her by normal standards. If there's anything you dislike about the protagonists, don't curse them out. Curse me instead.

3. The lead is marked as the top because Gu Yu is the first protagonist, but the story doesn't open from her perspective. That's what the plot requires. Just a heads-up: don't get the top and bottom mixed up. There will definitely be no reversal!
