Reborn as the Ancient God's Doomed Beloved Child

An ancient god with transcendent power, nearly omniscient and omnipotent, has one unbearable grief: his beloved son died tragically at the age of four.

Wu Deng has no memories from before he turned four. All he knows is that he is an orphan who has spent years living in a leaky shipping container, often going hungry and surviving by scavenging and taking odd jobs. Later, he was fortunate enough to find a path to becoming a hunter of evil spirits.

That day, countless evil spirits surged toward City A. The people at the top were terrified and sent those at the bottom out as cannon fodder.

Wu Deng was driven to the feet of an S-rank evil spirit, which grabbed him by the throat and lifted him up.

Just as the S-rank evil spirit was about to devour the tasty morsel in its hand, a burst of white light erupted from Wu Deng. The S-rank evil spirit trembled and shrieked in the light, driven from the human world, its heart full of unwillingness.

Everyone was stunned.

Only ancient gods and their descendants could drive away evil spirits.

It turned out that this destitute orphan, who had stubbornly grown like a weed, was the ancient god's only son, the jewel he treasured most.
