Where Did the Savior Go?

A savior is someone much like a hero.

They help the weak and challenge the forces of darkness in their quest to save the world.

Zhen Liu was a savior who had been abandoned.

The world exiled her. After a long and difficult journey, she was rescued by a god and taken to a new world.

She lived a quiet life in her new world, but often wondered: Does this world still need a savior?

Later, someone told her:

[A country, even an entire world, doesn't need you to bear its burdens alone.]

“If the whole world can only be saved by you alone, then that world is so useless it might as well be abandoned.”

“What if that day really comes?” she asked stubbornly.

The person's black leather glove covered her eyes. A warm kiss fell on her ear, and their voice brimmed with arrogance.

“Close your eyes and stride forward. Your road ahead is smooth, because I'm walking it with you.”
