I Use Livestreaming to Help the Greatest Emperor in History with Infrastructure

When Hua Yu woke up, she discovered that she had arrived in ancient times, with a livestream System along for the ride.

The System manual read:

If livestream popularity stays above 1,000 for a month, unlock the Level One Shop.

If livestream popularity stays above 10,000 for a month, unlock the Level Two Shop.

If livestream popularity stays above 100,000 for a month, unlock the Level Three Shop.

Each shop level corresponded to a different civilization. Information and tools from every era, from ancient times to the interstellar age, could be purchased with popularity. Based on the civilization the Host was in, unlocking the corresponding shop would allow them to travel through time and return to their home, or choose any world of an equivalent civilization.

Hua Yu was overjoyed! What a deal! In her previous life, she had come from the famously industrious Flower-Planting Nation! This System was practically made for a construction fanatic like her. With the information and tools available, what couldn't she build?

As for livestream popularity...

Hua Yu went straight to the supreme ruler of the era, Qin Shi Huang Ying Zheng, and negotiated with him. If he was willing to appear on camera, she could provide him with construction tools and help him achieve his goal of unifying the land.

After all, in later generations, Qin Shi Huang ranked at the very top among famous emperors. Thanks to his great accomplishments and outstanding achievements, he had a huge fanbase, and people affectionately called him "Brother Zheng." If he appeared on camera, wouldn't the livestream's popularity soar?

Qin Shi Huang stroked his beard and considered whether the plan was feasible. After confirming that he had little to lose and could gain a great deal, he agreed to give it a try.

"Fine," Qin Shi Huang said, "but I want to do this on a large scale. Can you manage that?"

As expected of the founding father of major construction projects!

Hua Yu readily agreed.

And so, a livestream like this appeared in the transmigration agency's streaming industry:

"Want to Get Rich? Build Roads First! Watch the Eternal Emperor and Founding Father of Major Construction Projects, Qin Shi Huang, Build the Great Wall!"

While other streamers were still struggling through domestic power struggles in ancient times, fighting scumbag men and scheming against their legitimate mothers, Hua Yu went straight to the supreme ruler himself. She showed everyone the true First Emperor of the Ages: how he governed diligently, issued decrees, and implemented one measure after another that benefited future generations.

Sure enough, Qin Shi Huang's many fans came flocking to the livestream.

"The streamer really knows her stuff. She met Brother Zheng so quickly."

"Brother Zheng, Brother Zheng, I'm here!"

"Seeing Brother Zheng up close is a rare opportunity. I'm moving in here!"

"Sending Brother Zheng a rocket! Could the streamer redeem some longevity medicine for him?"

In less than half a year, the livestream's popularity soared, maintaining hundreds of millions of viewers each day.

Hua Yu looked at the goods continuously unlocking in the shop and smiled with satisfaction.

Qin Shi Huang looked at the tools this visitor from another world kept redeeming for him and smiled with satisfaction too.
