Taming the Dog [ABO]

Dominant, cold Beta × despairing, people-pleasing Alpha

Lin Ze (Beta), He Jiang (Alpha)

A spur-of-the-moment ABO short story, a niche fantasy born from chaos.

_

Planet E.

Because of the low birth rate among Betas, as the population approaches a turning point, the protagonist, one of the ten leaders of the Beta group, turns their attention to the AO groups. They use every means to control the Alphas and Omegas, and ultimately seize power.

_

The protagonist has all the traits of a Beta. They are cold, rational, and intensely practical, and are not controlled by the urge to reproduce.

[Original setting]

1. This story has only three sexes: ABO. All are hermaphroditic, and offspring from any pairing may develop into any of the three types.

2. Overall differentiation rates: Beta 85%, Alpha 10%, Omega 5%. (The precise rates vary somewhat depending on the parents' sexes, but the Beta rate is always the highest.)

3. See the notes at the end for other setting details.

[Warning]

This story is very bleak. It's an unconventional ABO story that puts AO characters through the wringer, a product of the author going off the rails. The original setting is enormous, and there's no logic to it.

Reading this story means agreeing to enter the world I've created. Please don't bring other people's settings here and start arguments. Thank you for your cooperation.

Theme: Let's have some dominant Betas
