Before Feng Jie turned sixteen, he wished to find his younger sister, Feng Jing, whom he had been forced to leave at an orphanage after their parents were killed when they were young.
After he turned sixteen, his wish was for Yosano Akiko to grow up healthy.
After White Brandy turned twenty-six, his wish was for Yosano Akiko to do what she loved.
After Yosano Xuechuan turned twenty-seven, his wish was to jump ship with his childhood friend Kurosawa, bring down their old employer, and avenge his parents.
Feng Jie was thirty. He hoped this peaceful life would go on forever.
Feng Jie had been raised as an assassin by the Black Organization since childhood, but he had kept his ability, [Please Go Die], a closely guarded secret. It could bring people to the brink of death without contact, had no side effects, and could affect any number of people. Even without using his ability, he and his partner, Kurosawa Jin, had become the Organization's top killers. He had spent years secretly searching for his younger sister Feng Jing, until the Organization sent him undercover in the military. On the battlefield, he unexpectedly met Yosano Akiko, an eleven-year-old medical intern.
Mori Ogai, a deputy army surgeon, really didn't seem like a suitable guardian, but Feng Jie couldn't take his sister, whose healing ability, [Please Don't Die], was one of the best in the world, to the Organization. So he had no choice but to make a deal: trade [Please Go Die] for [Please Don't Die], on the condition that Akiko be cared for and grow up healthy in both body and mind.
P.S.
1. Pairing: Gin. Switch.
2. Yosano Akiko will grow up in the Port Mafia, but Mori Ogai will keep his promise and won't make a plan for an undying army. (He's not that awful.) He's still a decent teacher.
3. The blurb isn't finished, but I'm sleepy. I'll write more when I have time.
4. As always, I'll start whichever story gets more advance interest. Thanks for liking my work. (Bows.)
