Kageyama Tobio had been able to see strange "creatures" since he was little. Some had humanlike bodies and stood desolately by the roadside, while others had fearsome mandibles and lurked in the corners of buildings.

This will probably be a heartwarming story. It was written on impulse, and is filled with rambling, personal fantasies, and original ideas. I've always been a little sad that the original work didn't give Kageyama Tobio's childhood much detail or spend much time on his relationships with others, so I've always wanted to write something about it. There's no grand, sweeping story here. I just want to share some gentle feelings. If you don't mind, please give this book a try!
