Chuuya and Dazai, Chuuya and Dazai, Chuuya and Dazai! The most important thing, said three times!!!

Dazai is an angel! There isn't enough Chuuya/Dazai content, so I'm making my own. I'm hardcore Dazai-right, so antis, stay away!!!

Yokohama is isolated from hero society. The government cannot station troops there, and Yokohama governs itself. After nearly a century of isolation, it has finally chosen to open up and engage with the outside world, working with the central government to create a harmonious society. As a gesture of sincerity, or perhaps as a test, the Armed Detective Agency and the Port Mafia each send one person to engage in an in-depth "exchange" with hero society. Without knowing who the other is, they both head to the most famous academy, "U.A.", to serve as temporary assistants.

Chuuya: "Damn it, what the hell did I do to deserve running into you again, you dead mackerel! I'm done! I quit!!!"

Dazai: "Why does it have to be you, you slug?! I should've checked my horoscope before leaving the house. Now I'm going to smell like a slug... Ugh! I can't have a pleasant double suicide with a beautiful lady. Chuuya, you're such a nuisance!"

Chuuya: "Get over here, you dead mackerel! Missing the feel of gravity, are you?"

OOC warning. The early plot is My Hero Academia, and the later plot is Bungo Stray Dogs. Assume the key events of each series are not happening at the same time. Dazai is the Armed Detective Agency version. The story involves an alternate timeline; I'm making major changes, and I promise I'll give that timeline's tragic ending a happy resolution. Happy ending! Flashbacks included.
